Omera Tank Terminal Limited (OTTL) serves as the strategic investment and operational expansion wing of Omera Fuels Limited (OFL) . Originally acquired in 2015 to scale up OFL's bulk liquid handling footprint, OTTL underwent full modernization following a land realignment driven by the Chattogram Port Authority (CPA) for national port development. Operating on 2 acres of freshly allocated CPA land on the banks of the Karnaphuli River, OTTL features 10 high-capacity storage tanks constructed to API 650 codes and fully certified by DNV-GL. OTTL utilizes a dedicated jetty (DOJ-8) with a 180-meter LOA and an 8.5-meter draft, allowing seamless berthing and high-speed discharge for larger vessels. OTTL expands total group capacity to 110,000 MT and broadens service offerings into bulk edible oil handling (soybean and palm oil) alongside petroleum products.
