Omera Fuels Limited (OFL), a sister concern of MJL Bangladesh Ltd, was established to set up a state-of-the-art tank terminal with a storage capacity of 70,000 Metric Tons.

The terminal is located at Guptakhal, East Patenga, Chittagong over 6.175 acres of land, adjacent to the Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP) of MJL Bangladesh Ltd.

The state owned Jamuna Oil Company Ltd holds 25% ownership of the company and the rest is owned by a subsidiary of East Coast Group. This is an example of a successful venture between Public and Private Partnership.
