Our SH&E culture is an integral part of the company culture that forms OFL. This SH&E mindset is founded on the belief that all incidents can be prevented, and is the key to the company’s work within safety, health and the environment.

Implementation and utilization of our SH&E system involves a continual process of improvement to meet those expectations.

Self-assessments and learning reviews are used to evaluate gaps between existing arrangements and the expectations.
